ASG Real Estate was formed in Dallas, Texas in 1991 at a time of severely depressed real estate values in the area. The officers realized that the situation might offer an opportunity to make a profitable investment if well-managed, to enhance the value of the acquired properties. The Kuwait office agreed with that assessment and the two offices collaborated closely to acquire twenty shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, totaling some 1.5 million square feet valued at nearly $120 million as of 1997. ASG Real Estate has since taken on new frontiers in Leasing, property management and commercial development. In 2004, ASG Real Estate developed and leased a 200,000 sq. ft. power center in Watauga, Texas and is now in the process of completing a two-phased retail/office center in Plano, TX.

ACR Realty - ACR Realty, (ACR) is the leasing arm of ASG Real Estate. As such, it represents ASG Real Estate and safeguards its investors' interests during lease negotiations. ACR currently operates under a team of highly skilled leasing professionals with over twenty years of experience in contract negotiations.

TREMCO Management - TREMCO Management Company is the property management arm of ASG Real Estate. Among its many functions include general tenant communications, property maintenance, 24-hour emergency dispatch, property-related accounting activities, and tenant dispute mitigation. Currently, TREMCO spearheads the management of five properties, currently occupied by nearly 75 tenants across 368,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
